LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Salyersville man was arrested over the weekend after causing a ruckus at the KFC Yum! Center during NCAA tournament play.
According to the arrest report, around 7 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a report that a man was sitting in a section of the arena where tickets had been reported stolen.
Police say they asked 68-year-old Owen Barnett to leave several times but he refused, so he was arrested.
