Spaghetti W/ Scallops
4ea Jumbo Scallops cut in ½
9oz Spaghetti-Cooked
2Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Chopped Garlic
1oz Peas
4 Cherry Tomatoes -halved
1Tbsp Basil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
-Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in pan and add Scallops, saute Lightly
-Add Cherry Tomatoes, Peas, Basil and Garlic
-Add Spaghetti and Toss Well
-Garnish with Parmesan and Parsley
