Thunder LIVE Streaming Starts Today at Noon

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An estimated 600,000 to 800,000 people are expected to attend Thunder Over Louisville Saturday, but if you're not one of them you can catch all the action in HD from the comfort of your home.

Live HD coverage begins at NOON today on WDRB and continues throughout the day. The Air Show will start at 2:30 p.m. this year -- a half-hour earlier than previous years to accommodate the over 100 aircraft expected to perform.

We'll have all the action for you, including the fireworks show from 9:30 to 10 p.m. Then at 10 p.m. we'll replay highlights from the air show, followed by an encore broadcast of the fireworks at 11 p.m.

We're also streaming continuous coverage online at, plus you can catch us on the go on most smartphones and tablets, including the Android, iPhone and iPad.

We will be streaming in HD so your connection speed, your device's processor speed and other variables will affect the quality of your reception.

WDRB is your official Thunder Over Louisville station for 2012. This will be the third time the station has produced Thunder in HD with 19 Live HD cameras and 5.1 Surround Sound.
