LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The former southern Indiana chiropractor found guilty in Floyd County for raping a family member pleads guilty to similar crimes in Clark County.
Robert Nolan withdrew his not guilty plea and admitted to child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor, and child seduction.
The Clark County prosecutor says the victim is one of Nolan's female family members -- the same family member he was found guilty of raping in Floyd County.
He was sentenced to 30 years in prison in the Floyd County case. Nolan will be formally sentenced for the Clark County case in July.
