LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say they've arrested another suspect believed to be involved in the attempted murder of James Mallory.

Brandon Bartee was taken into custody on Friday. He joins William O'Bannon and Kendra Wilson as the third person to be charged in the attack.

Police say the trio conspired to lure Mallory into an alley before robbing him and shooting him in the knee.

The next day, police say the victim in that incident -- James Mallory -- murdered Gregory Holt, Wilson's 15-year-old child.

Bartee is charged with robbery, assault and attempted murder.
