Trey Zwicker's father says he's frustrated with legal system

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More than a year after his son's death, the father of a murdered Louisville teen is tired of waiting for justice.

Terry Zwicker sat in a courtroom Friday morning as lawyers discussed 16-year-old Joshua Young's upcoming murder trial.

Young is accused of beating his step-brother, 14-year-old Trey Zwicker, to death behind Liberty High School last May.

Young will be tried as an adult.

Trey's father says he is confident it was Young who killed his son, but says he is frustrated with how long the legal process is taking.
