LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Not only are people feeling the heat this weekend -- they're feeling the music.
A relaxed crowd is soaking in the vibes of the Kentucky Reggae Festival.
From bongo drums to saxophone, several different bands showed off their talent.
And when they weren't in the mood for sitting, attendees sipped on some cool beverages and shopped in the Caribbean market.
"Very enjoyable, it's very relaxing. I enjoy the music, I enjoy live music, sitting out and listening to the bands. Just absorbing the crowd and the culture," says Nita McBride of Indianapolis.
"We like to come out here and people watch too. You've got all kinds of folks out here at the reggae festival, and that's probably our favorite thing to do - just people watch," says Bill Orosz of Louisville.
The Kentucky Reggae Fest continues tomorrow from 1 to 7.
