LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- An attorney asked for home incarceration for a 16-year-old charged with killing his stepbrother.  Joshua Young's attorney asked Judge Barry Willett to allow him out on a $40,000 property bond.

Young is accused of beating 14-year-old Trey Zwicker to death last May.  Investigators say Trey's body was found behind Liberty High School.

Young's grandmother has said he admitted to beating Trey to death with a baseball bat.  Young will be tried as an adult.
