LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District has issued an Air Quality Alert for ozone for Friday, June 15th and Saturday, June 16th, for the Louisville Metro area, including southern Indiana.
The Air Quality Index is forecast to be 104, which is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups.
Tips to help air quality during the alert including avoiding idling your car, sharing a ride, delaying mowing grass, and combining errands.
