Chef Paul Dowell of Kroger has a quick recipe that's great for a summer time dinner. Plus you can simply double it for the perfect backyard party finger food!

BBQ Shrimp Tacos

Serves 4

6-8     Wooden Skewers (soaked in water)

¾ cup Kroger Honey BBQ Sauce
1 ½ lb. Medium peeled & deveined Shrimp (patted dry)
8  Whole Wheat Tortillas
4  Radish (sliced thin)
1 bunch Cilantro (picked)
1 container Garden Fresh Jack's Special Salsa
1 Limes (cut in 8 wedges)
¼ cup Red Onion (sliced thin)
½ cup Crumbled Queso Fresco

-Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 to prevent burning.

-Combine BBQ sauce & shrimp in a medium bowl & toss well.  Skewer shrimp through both the top & base of shrimp.  About 4-5 will fit on a skewer.

-Heat a stovetop or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill the shrimp until opaque, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.

-Serve shrimp hot off the grill.  About 1 skewer per taco.

-Layout all the condiments as a small buffet for everyone to make their favorite taco.
