LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Next month the state Personnel Board will review the critical audit of former Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Richie Farmer.
He's accused of abusing his power and mismanaging taxpayer money, and the audit even accuses Farmer of creating a "toxic culture of entitlement."
Earlier this year, the board also found that the department didn't follow the law when changing the jobs of two high-level workers under Farmer. Officials say they want to make sure no one was hired improperly.
