LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – In April, Bobby Petrino lost his job as the head football coach at Arkansas. Now Petrino has cut another tie to Razorback Country.

According to the ArkansasSports360.com, Petrino and his wife, Becky, have sold their house in the Fayetteville area. The Petrinos purchased the 8,471-square foot home in 2008 for $2.25 million. They sold it for $1.7 million, after listing the property for $1.99 million.

Petrino, the former University of Louisville football coach, was forced out at Arkansas earlier this spring after it was learned that he had an ongoing inappropriate relationship with a 25-year-old woman he had hired onto the football staff.

The affair became known after Petrino crashed his motorcycle with the woman, Jessica Dorrell, riding as a passenger. Petrino has not commented since he dismissal on April 15.

Former U of L head coach John L. Smith has replaced Petrino for the 2012 season.
