LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Due to high ozone levels, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District has issued an Air Quality Alert for today.
It's forecasting an Air Quality Index of 104, which is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups, including children and older adults, along with active adults and anyone with heart or lung ailments.
Tips to help air quality during the alert including avoiding idling your car, sharing a ride, delaying mowing grass, and combining errands.
