LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- More road closures and delays are on the way, this time for a new ramp in hopes of easing congestion in a high-traffic area in Louisville's East End.
Construction will begin this week for a slip ramp that will let drivers bypass the intersection of Brownsboro Road and Interstate 264.
The first phase includes widening Brownsboro from three to five lanes. Brownsboro Road will also be closed for 10 days beginning in late July.
No dates for that part of the project have been decided yet. All work is scheduled to be finished by November 1.
