LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Two people are under arrest after police say they left two children in a car. 28-year-old Tabbatha Moseley and 22-year-old Joseph Smith are charged with wanton endangerment.
According to an arrest report, the two left the children, ages eight and 15 months, in the car while they went inside the Bullitt County Courthouse.
Moseley told officers she was only gone for a short time while she ran to the bathroom.
