LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The NASCAR Sprint Cup points leader made a pit stop in Louisville on Thursday before heading to Kentucky Speedway.
Fans lined up for a chance to meet Matt Kenseth and get his autograph at 4th Street Live. He says he can't wait for Saturday's Quaker State 400: "The heat is going to be a challenge for everybody, so thankfully it's a night race. Everyone up in the grandstands will be able to cool off a bit and we'll get the sun to go down and for us you just have to stay hydrated, insulate the car the best you can. Hopefully we won't get burned too bad and just deal with it."
Some NASCAR fans are already braving the heat to get a prime spot for Saturday's race.
