LOUISVILLE, KY (WDRB, FOX41) -- Search crews spent the July 4th holiday scouring a local park for a missing woman.

Meade County officials received a call at around 11:00 Wednesday morning reporting 37-year-old Carrie Ruffra missing.

Investigators say she was last seen at around 8 o'clock Tuesday night at a yoga class in Middletown.

Searchers found her vehicle in the park near the lower camp ground area close to the river.

Officials say her husband is helping police and they do not suspect foul play.

Search dogs from Jefferson County are combing the grounds and water.

Ruffra is described as white female, brunette, 5'7, 140 pounds.

Anyone with information about Ruffra should call Kentucky State Police in Elizabethtown or Meade County at 270-422-4911.
