DeaFestival brings deaf art and culture to Louisville

A love of the arts is not dependent on a person having all five senses. Keith Kaiser got a preview of the Deaf Festival at the Kentucky International Convention Center.

The Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing are holding DeaFestival. It happens on July 7th.

DeaFestival being held a day after the 51st National Association of the Deaf Biennial Conference. Because of this, 10,000 people are expected to attend.

DeaFestival is held every two years and celebrates deaf art and culture.
