Noah Vonleh says the UK, U of L, IU and the school where Michael Jordan played are all recruiting him. hard.
INDIANAPOLIS (WDRB) – On Wednesday, Noah Vonleh, one of the
top 10 juniors in the high school class of 2014, said that Louisville,
Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio State were the five schools pursuing him with the
most energy.
Make that five schools. Add North Carolina.
Vonleh remembered the Tar Heels' pitch.
Just as Kentucky had mentioned the six players the Wildcats
pushed into the 2012 NBA Draft, North Carolina dropped some history on him,
too.
A coach from UNC mentioned Michael Jordan was a Tar Heel. As
was Harrison Barnes. And a few others.
Vonleh, for the record, is about 6-9, wears size 17 sneakers
and has the largest hands I have ever seen. They are Shaq-sized.
Oh, yeah. Roy Williams was at the adidas invitational to
watch him play Thursday. He had 22 points in loss to the Eric Gordon All-stars.
