LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Governor Steve Beshear will unveil the first major steps toward construction on the new Ohio River Bridges project tomorrow.
Beshear called a press conference for 10 a.m. to announce the details of three projects: the construction of the Downtown Crossing, the preservation of a portion of the Vermont American Complex and the demolition of decaying buildings in the path of the new interstate alignment.
The Ohio River Bridges Project includes two new bridges connecting Kentucky and southern Indiana and a revamp of Spaghetti Junction.
