LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Louisville man is facing felony charges after police allegedly found drugs in his room.
Police say it happened Monday night at the Hotel Louisville at 120 west Broadway. That's where officers allegedly found bags of heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and prescription pain pills in a room occupied by 22-year-old Corey Ballard.
Investigators say Ballard gave officers permission to search the room after the hotel manager claimed she smelled marijuana nearby.
He pleaded not guilty to multiple drug charges on Wednesday.
