LA GRANGE, Ky. (AP) -- Voters in LaGrange have decided to expand alcohol sales.

By a margin of more than 2 to 1, residents approved the measure that allows alcohol to be sold at all restaurants, in bars and at package liquor stores. The vote tally on Tuesday came in at 751 supporting sales and 338 against them.

Under the current law, only certain restaurants could serve liquor.
