LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a robber didn't just take a cab driver's money. He took the whole cab.

On July 5, police say Ronald Johnson jumped into a Yellow Cab on 11th Street, near West Hill Street.

Police say he put a knife to the cab driver's neck and demanded his money.

After kicking the cab driver out, Johnson allegedly drove away.

But the cab had a GPS device on it, and police say they tracked it to the corner of south 22nd St. and Wilson Avenue, where it was impounded.

Police caught up with Johnson on July 25. He was arrested and charged with robbery.
