LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A grand jury has indicted two people in connection with the shooting death aboard a TARC bus on Monday.

22-year-old Jeffrey Kingdon and 21-year-old Martin Keehn, Jr. were both indicted for complicity to murder, wanton endangerment and complicity to tampering with physical evidence Thursday afternoon.

Neither man is in custody, and the judge has issued warrants for their arrest.  Prosecutor Carol Cobb said, "Mr. Kingdon has a history of bench warrants out of District Court.  Mr. Keehn, same facts, he's on bond out of District Court on recent felony arrests for trafficking controlled substances within 1000 feet of a school."

The judge decided to set their bonds at a half million dollars each.

Police were called to the intersection of Bardstown Road and Goldsmith Lane just before 3 p.m. on Monday. The victim, 17-year-old Rico C. Robinson, Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.

Police had been looking for several "persons of interest" at the time of the shooting.  They were looking for a woman and two men who had been seen on surveillance video either aboard the bus or getting into a nearby car.
