LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Chick-fil-A controversy over gay marriage has a family advocacy group criticizing the University of Louisville.
The Family Foundation says U of L officials used their positions for personal political purposes in after reports that the school is considering expelling Chick-fil-A from campus.
A U of L spokesman says the school found the company CEO's statement against gay marriage offensive and unnecessary, but has not made a decision on taking action against the chain.
The school's president and provost have both agreed not to eat at Chick-Fil-A.
