LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There's a big reason to celebrate for drivers who commute across the Kennedy Bridge.
All lanes of the bridge are now open. The northbound lanes were reopened around 7:30 Monday evening, and the southbound lanes were open in time for the Tuesday morning commute.
This comes after the ramp from eastbound 64 to northbound I-65 reopened Monday morning.
Complications with steel repair work forced crews to close additional lanes for longer periods than expected.
