LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police say he exposed himself to a number of children.
It happened in downtown Louisville at the Waterfront, near the Belvedere, sometime after noon. Police say 43-year-old Reginald Norwood was at the waterfall exposing himself and committing a sex act in public.
There were children from a daycare nearby, who were eating lunch at the time.
Police were called, but by the time they arrived at the scene, Norwood was gone.
That's when they got another report of a man -- with a similar description -- exposing himself in public on N. 7th St.
Police located Norwood at that scene and tried to stop him, but he ran away. A long foot pursuit ensued, according to an arrest report, and Norwood was finally subdued at the corner of 7th St. and W. Market St.
He's been charged with indecent exposure, fleeing and evading police and disorderly conduct.
