LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- We're learning more about the woman accused in a Louisville shootout earlier this year. Police say she killed another woman in a "flat-out execution."
Cheetara Goldsmith is charged with the murder of 24-year-old Makeba Lee in May. She was shot as police investigated a double murder less than a block away.
Court documents say Goldsmith was wandering through the crowd of onlookers, screaming obscenities and talking about "payback," when she got into an argument with Lee over the death of one of the victims.
In just-released documents, an officer says Goldsmith stood over Lee and shot her several times.
Police eventually shot Goldsmith and took *her* into custody.
