LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man police say fatally shot two people and then was involved in a standoff with officers has been indicted on a long list of charges.
Ricardo Taylor was indicted on charges of murder, assault, kidnapping and other offenses.
Police say he forced three people at gunpoint into a second floor apartment in Smoketown Friday morning and shot them.
Tela Harvey and Osman Omor died.
The SWAT team used tear gas to get into the apartment.
Taylor could face the death penalty if convicted on the murder charges.
