Back-to-School clothes shopping can be a challenge and pricey.
In our School Smarts report, Keith Kaiser headed to Goodwill to find out being trendy doesn't have to break the bank.
He went shopping at Goodwill with a pageant queen who knows how to stretch a dollar.
Adrienne Poole was the 2011 Miss Kentucky Junior Teen America. The 16 year old says she shops at Goodwill every 2 weeks and says she's "not embarrassed about it." When young girls come up to her when she's wearing her crown and dress, she has the opportunity to promote Goodwill even more. She'll tell them if she found a dress at a Goodwill and they see that what she's doing is attainable.
She has many great photos of her finds and is proud to tell her classmates all about her bargains-it's definitely unusual for a teen to be so proud of bargain shopping and so willing to promote it to her peers.
