LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An assistant U.S. attorney is getting acquainted with the other side of the law after he was arrested for alleged domestic violence.
Officers were called to the home of Terry Cushing on Audubon Parkway, near the intersection of Pindell Avenue and Hess Lane Sunday night.
Police say Cushing got into an argument with his wife -- who has a heart condition -- and shook her violently.
He also allegedly threw a vase.
Cushing was arrested and charged with fourth degree assault. Police say his wife was not injured.
