Not guilty plea from one accused TARC shooter

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- One of the two men accused of shooting a Louisville teen on a TARC bus is back in Jefferson County to face charges.  22-year-old Jeffrey Kingdon pleaded not guilty when he faced a judge Monday.

He's charged in the shooting death of Rico Robinson.

Kingdon and the other accused shooter, Martin Keehn, were captured by U.S. Marshals in Indianapolis last week.  The two men are half-brothers.

Keehn is still in custody in Indiana.
