BOZICH: Cards Edge Notre Dame, TCU in L.A. Times Poll

Louisville is ranked 21st nationally by the L.A. Times

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – I didn't want this one to slip through the cracks:

Chris Dufresne, the national college football writer for the Los Angeles Times, includes the University of Louisville in his pre-season Top 25. He voted the Cards 21^st, one spot behind Boise State.

But Louisville is ranked ahead of Notre Dame (25), TCU (24), Utah (23) and Kansas State (22).

Dufresne writes that Louisville has picked a perfect time to be on the uptick because the Big East is crumbling faster than "grandma's oatmeal cookies."
