Louisville is ranked 21st nationally by the L.A. Times
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – I didn't want this one to slip through the cracks:
Chris Dufresne, the national college football writer for the Los Angeles Times, includes the University of Louisville in his pre-season Top 25. He voted the Cards 21st, one spot behind Boise State.
But Louisville is ranked ahead of Notre Dame (25), TCU (24), Utah (23) and Kansas State (22).
Dufresne writes that Louisville has picked a perfect time to be on the uptick because the Big East is crumbling faster than "grandma's oatmeal cookies."
