Judge sets $500,000 bond for man accused of shooting teen on TARC bus

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of the suspects accused of murdering a teenager on board a TARC bus says he's not guilty.

Martin Keehn appeared before a judge for the first time to answer for murder charges Tuesday morning. His attorney asked that he be allowed home incarceration, but the judge refused that request, pointing out that Keehn was captured in Indianapolis two weeks after the shooting.

The judge called him a flight risk and set his bond at a half-million dollars.

Keehn's half-brother, Jeffrey Kingdon, is also charged in 17-year-old Rico Robinson's murder.
