LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A well-known Louisville chef is expected to be back in court tomorrow.
Dean Corbett's case could go back in front of a judge, five months after he was charged with drug trafficking.
Police arrested Corbett for allegedly dealing drugs out of his car.
Corbett says he was lending medication to a friend with cancer who had a prescription for the same drug.
Corbett's lawyer hoped to finalize a plea deal before he's arraigned tomorrow.
If a judge accepts the plea deal, Corbett would be in a diversion program and the charge would be dismissed.
