LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- U.S. Congressman from Kentucky Brett Guthrie is attending this week's Republican National Convention in Tampa.
Guthrie says he strongly supports Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan's plan for America's financial future. The congressman says he backs Romney's agenda to put a tax code in place that will spur job growth and reform Medicare.
Guthrie says Mitt Romney's job at the convention will be to convince voters that he can help turn America's economy around: "We really want to tell the story, America's best days are ahead, we can get our act together as a country. It takes strong executive leadership from the White House and I hope Mitt Romney and I hope Paul Ryan demonstrate that here this week."
