LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville woman is facing felony charges after police say she tried to purchase her late mother's Hydrocodone prescription.
According to an arrest report, 49-year-old Rebecca Sue Ferguson walked into the Walgreens on S. 3rd St., near W. Southland Blvd., on Tuesday afternoon, and tried to purchase the prescription.
Police say a doctor confirmed that the woman whose name was on the prescription had died in July.
Ferguson was allegedly captured on video attempting to purchase the prescription, not just on Tuesday, but also on July 31.
She was charged with two counts of unlawful procurement of a controlled substance.
