Low Fat Cole Slaw
3/4 cup Fat Free mayonnaise
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Celery Seed
4 1/2cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup minced sweet onion

Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
2~ 15 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
4 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Adobo Sauce from Chipotle Peppers
1 teaspoon Paprika
Blend the above and place in a sauce pan. Bring to a near boil then simmer for 15 minutes
Keeps up to 2 weeks refrigerated
Serve over poached pulled chicken breast
