Louisville Salvation Army ready to help Hurricane Isaac victims

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville's Salvation Army is waiting for the call to help residents along the central Gulf Coast who have been affected by Hurricane Isaac.

Volunteers have already begun serving hot meals, snacks, and cold water to residents.

Feeding units are stationed throughout the area.

The Kentucky/Tennessee Division of the Salvation Army, including the Louisville Area Command, remains on stand by alert to help with any needs that may arise.
