LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Funeral arrangements have been set for the man killed in Thursday night's shooting at Springdale Community Church.
The visitation for 73-year-old David Merritt will be Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home on Preston Highway. His funeral will be on Tuesday at noon at the same location.
Merritt was shot and killed during an East End homeowners' association meeting. Police say the shooting was a result of a property dispute in the Spring Creek neighborhood.
University Hospital officials confirmed Saturday night that a second victim, Marvin Fisher, is still listed in critical condition.
55-year-old Mahmoud Hindi has confessed to the shootings and was in court this morning. Police say Hindi had been arguing with neighbors about a fence and driveway at his home.
WDRB will have more information about Hindi's arraignment tonight at 10 p.m.
