LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41)---In a newly released 911 call you can hear cries of help from the home of a local councilman.
Clark County Councilman Danny Yost and his wife Mary were arrested early Thursday morning.
Yost says he and his wife got in a fight after he used her laptop to go on Facebook.
You can see white-out smeared across his face in his mugshot.
"My wife's having some issues here," Danny Yost says on the 911 call.
" What's going on over there?," the dispatcher asks.
"I don't know. She's checked out. She's off her medications. She's put stuff on my eyes, threw my papers out the door. Now I'm out here in the rain," says Councilman Yost.
Mary Yost is charged with domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement.
Danny Yost is charged with domestic battery.
