LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Tuesday afternoon, friends and family are paying their final respects to one of the men shot and killed inside a Louisville church.
Homeowners Association President, 73-year-old David Merritt, was shot during Thursday's meeting at Springdale Community Church.
A second victim, 69-year-old Marvin Fisher, died early Sunday.
Police say 55-year-old Mahmoud Hindi confessed to the shootings. He's behind bars on a $1 million bond. Police say they expect to charge Hindi with a second count of murder.
