LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An inmate who escaped from a Breckenridge County work detail last month has been recaptured.

An anonymous caller told police yesterday that Dowell was staying at a home in Bullitt County.

Officers were able to arrest him without incident.

Dowell is being held in the Bullitt County Jail.
