LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More than a week after a shooting at a Louisville church, one of the victims was honored by the community.

On Saturday, family and friends gathered to remember 69-year-old Marvin Fisher at his celebration of life. People were asked to wear bright colors to honor the retired banker.

He was shot during a Spring Creek Homeowners Association meeting at Springdale Community Church.  He died several days after the shooting.

Another man, 73-year-old David Merritt was also killed.

Authorities say 55-year-old Mahmoud Hindi opened fire over an ongoing property dispute.  Hindi has been indicted on two counts of murder.
