LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The man who reportedly fired several shots at a karaoke bar in the Highlands has been indicted on several charges.
A grand jury has indicted 23-year-old Sameer Salaimeh on charges of assault, wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and tampering with evidence.
Police say he got into a fight with another man at Akiko's in July. The fight spilled into the street, drawing a crowd, and that's when officers say Salaimeh began shooting.
Two people who were hit in those shootings. They were both treated and released from the hospital.
