LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested two people in connection with a series of thefts of property from "For Sale" homes.

According to arrest reports, 34-year-old Donnie Haycraft and 28-year-old Britteny Linning were taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say they found "a large number" of stolen appliances inside a storage facility that Haycraft had been renting in the 5500 block of Greenbelt Hwy., near Dover Ave. Officers were able to identify the appliances as property stolen from "For Sale" homes, through pictures and serial numbers.

Haycraft was arrested and charged with receipt of stolen property.

Linning was also charged in connection to the case. Police say Haycraft was her boyfriend, and she knew that both he and a third accomplice were removing the appliances from the "For Sale" homes. She was charged with complicity to receipt of stolen property.

Both suspects were expected to be brought before a judge Thursday morning.
