Country radio station responsible for attention-getting ads

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- We've learned who's behind those billboards around Louisville quoting people who say they hate their boss or their job.

Country radio station Q103.1 announced that it's responsible for the campaign.

The ads have listed a person's name and location, along with one of three complaints : "I hate my boss," "My boss is a JERK," or "My job stinks."

Turns out, those people aren't real.

WQNU officials say starting October 1st, they'll start giving away 100 bucks an hour.

They thought the billboards would be a good way to get everyone's attention.
