LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The city of Louisville and the controversy over the Ohio River Bridges Project was featured in the New York Times this week.

Michael Kimmelman mentions NuLu and Waterfront Park, saying Louisville has "good bones," but observed that downtown is empty at night.

He notes expansion may bring jobs and growth, but believes downscaling highways might make downtown more enticing and active.
