REPORT: Plea deal offered to man accused in Sullivan student's death

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Prosecutors have reportedly offered a plea deal to the man charged with killing a Sullivan University Student.  No other details about the plea deal for Gregory O'Bryan have been released.

His trial has also been delayed eight months until July 2013.  O'Bryan is charged with murdering Andrew Compton although his body has never been found.

O'Bryan maintains his innocence on charges of murder, sodomy, tampering with physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse.
