LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Clarksville Police say a report of underage drinking at the America's Best Inn on Saturday morning instead led them to arrest five people on drugs and weapons charges.

Police arrested 20-year-old Emily Dorton of Elizabeth, Indiana, 26-year-old Dale Hartlerode and 24-year-old Jacob Hartlerode, both of Depauw, 19-year-old Lerissa Knight of Marengo, and 25-year-old Andrew Presley of Corydon.

Maj. Darrell Rayborn of the Clarksville Police Dept. said Monday, "They found a baggie floating in the commode, and it tested for meth.  Then they went to the second room and they found the guns and more drug paraphernalia."

The charges against them include having meth, visiting or maintaining a "Common Nuisance," and having handguns.
